Greater Silicon Valley is supported by a large employment base, limited land availability, established neighborhoods, and long-term demand for rental housing.
The market is also expensive and highly regulated. EQS does not rely on the market name alone. Every property must stand on its own price, income, expenses, physical condition, tenancy, regulations, financing, and business plan.
