Our focus

A selective approach to Silicon Valley multifamily.

EQS focuses on small to midsize apartment properties where local knowledge, active oversight, operational improvement, and thoughtful capital investment may create additional value.

Each opportunity is evaluated individually. Investors decide whether to participate on a property-by-property basis.
